A seventh prisoner was found dead yesterday at a maximum- security prison where eight guards are being held hostage, as rebellious convicts rigged a loudspeaker to complain about negotiations, AP reports from Lucasville.

Negotiators were not encouraged by talks with 450 prisoners who have been barricaded in and denied food, electricity and water since a riot on Sunday.
