Declaring that 'freedom's work is not completed', President Clinton proposed keeping Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty on the air by consolidating them with Voice of America, AP reports from Washington. The administration will also start up a new 'Asian Democracy Radio' to inform Asians 'whoes governments still suppress the truth' which is expected to be broadcast mainly to China.
