Queen to lead mourners

The Queen will lead European monarchs and heads of state at the state funeral on Saturday of Belgium's King Baudouin, Reuter reports from Brussels. The Queen, who visited Belgium in June, made a rare decision to attend as the King was a close personal friend, Buckingham Palace said.
