Mozambique's former rebel movement, Renamo, walked out of a multi-party conference on electoral law, accusing the government of violating peace accord signed last October, Reuter reports from Maputo.

The head of the Renamo delegation, Jose de Castro, led the walk-out after reading a document from Renamo's leader Afonso Dhlakama saying a government electoral draft law violated the agreement.
