New York - Americans again dominate Forbes Magazine's latest tally of the world's billionaires, but Latin America is producing tycoons at a faster rate than anywhere else in the world. The world's biggest billionaire fortune is controlled by the family of the late Sam Walton, founder of Wal-Mart Stores, who have a combined net worth of dollars 23.6bn ( pounds 15.7bn).
