PARIS - Someone has spent 5m francs ( pounds 580,000) to tell Edouard Balladur to listen to a radio station on Tuesday for 'a matter that concerns him'. Newspapers carried an advertisement inviting the Prime Minister to tune in to the rock station Skyrock at 8am. Reuter
