The owner of a get-rich-quick pyramid investment scheme in Romania, Ioan Stoica, said his company was opening an office in the capital today, Reuter reports from Bucharest.
The move would give Caritas a new lease of life, he said.
But angry depositors in the town of Cluj, where Mr Stoica's Caritas scheme started in 1992, are still awaiting their pay-off.
