Oslo - Crown Prince Haakon is breaking Norwegian royal traditions and planning to attend university in the United States instead of England. Prince Haakon, in a year-end interview, did not say which university he wants to attend. But the teenager said he wants to study political science. Both his father, King Harald, and his grand- father, King Olav, went to Balliol College, Oxford. AP
