NEW DELHI (Reuter) - The Russian President, Boris Yeltsin, confirmed yesterday that Moscow was ending an oil supply agreement with India because of Russia's erratic oil production levels and UN trade sanctions against Iraq. 'The changing situation in Russia is expected to inhibit our oil production through 1993,' Mr Yeltsin said, adding that while Russia and India had signed several trade-related agreements during his three-day visit, none was signed on oil. The Indian ambassador in Moscow, Ronen Sen, earlier said a one-year trade protocol which should have sent one million tonnes of crude oil to India had ended without being fulfilled.
