MOSCOW (Reuter) - The Russian government will revise a decision by the Prime Minister, Viktor Chernomyrdin to reimpose price controls on basic foodstuffs, consumer goods and raw materials. The First Deputy Prime Minister, Vladimir Shumeiko, said there was no effective mechanism to make this system work.
