Russians in 5-hour space walk
Moscow (Reuter) - Two cosmonauts took a five-hour space walk yesterday to check Russia's Mir orbiting station for damage. Officials declined to say if there had been any damage following a docking by a craft on 2 September. In Cape Canaveral, the space shuttle Discovery and six astronauts lifted off to study Earth's weather and to test a jet backpack.
