Tanzania said Rwanda's government and rebels had agreed to hold talks tomorrow in an effort to end more than two weeks of civil war in which tens of thousands of people have been killed, Reuter reports from Dar es Salaam. Ali Hassan Mwinyi, Tanzania's President, said talks would be held in the north Tanzanian town of Arusha.
