Black gunmen shot dead three whites yesterday in an attack that South Africa's right-wing parties condemned as terrorism, Reuter reports from Johannesburg. The shootings near Johannesburg, in which a black passer-by was also killed, came as democracy negotiators condemned as wrong or unworkable a right-wing plan for a separate white state.
