The Argentine Foreign Minister, Guido di Tella, said he saw no chance of concluding a long-term fishing agreement with Britain and warned the 'scars' of the 1982 Falkland war were still not healed, Reuter reports from London. Mr Di Tella spoke of the 'extremely offensive' attitude of some councillors on the Falkland Islands.
