A second man has been detained for questioning in connection with the assassination last week of Luis Donaldo Colosio, presidential candidate of Mexico's ruling PRI party, Reuter reports from Mexico City. Tranquilino Sanchez Vega was taken in for questioning on the basis of photographs showing him advancing towards Colosio moments before he was shot dead last Wednesday in the northern city of Tijuana.
