Serial killer terrorises Cologne

Three blue bin-bags containing severed human limbs have been found in a Cologne suburb in the space of two days. Police said there was no evidence of any link with a suspected serial killer in Belgium who recently terrorised Mons, where bin-bags containing body parts have also been found. Reuters - Cologne
