Rome - Suspected guerrillas killed seven Italian sailors in their sleep during an overnight attack on their ship in Algeria, the foreign ministry said yesterday. The ship's entire crew of seven were found killed in their cabins aboard the Naples-based ship Lucina, which had arrived to deliver a cargo of grain in the port of Jijel, around 300km (185 miles) east of Algiers. Italy's Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, condemned the killings as an 'act of terrorism'. Reuter
