Cambodia's King Norodom Sihanouk said that the tumour removed last week near his prostate was cancerous but the cancer was not serious and had not spread, AP reports from Phnom Penh. In a statement from Peking, where the tumour was discovered and removed, he said his Chinese doctors had asked him to prolong his stay for additional treatment.
