Moscow - Presidents Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus and Boris Yeltsin of Russia will hold a meeting in early August, Mr Yeltsin's press service reported. Mr Lukashenko, Belarus's newly elected head of state proposed the meeting in a telephone conversation with Mr Yeltsin yesterday. AFP
