Nairobi (Reuter) - Members of Kenya's parliament have said that Somali refugees are causing 'a security crisis of major proportions' and blame them for violent crime.
'The refugees do not stick to their camps. They insist on coming out to harass peace-loving Kenyans and aid workers,' Mohammed Galgalo told parliament. Other MPs joined police in blaming Somalis - 330,000 are in the country - for rising crime, which has tripled in recent months.
