Nelson Mandela will make his first overseas trip as South African President to Tunis next month for an OAU summit that should formalise his country's membership in the international body, AFP reports from Cape Town. His coalition cabinet met formally for the first time yesterday amid a row over the transfer of tribal land to the Zulu king. Mr Mandela had talks with Mangosuthu Buthelezi over the transfer of three million hectares of land in KwaZulu to King Goodwill Zwelithini, 24 hours before the April elections.
