Leaders from across South Africa's political spectrum agreed at democracy negotiations to discuss a date for the country's first all-race elections, Reuter reports from Johannesburg.
The Communist Party chairman, Joe Slovo, whose group is one of 26 participating in constitutional talks at a conference centre outside Johannesburg, called for discussion of an election date to be added to the agenda.
