Sperm donor 'not a father'

A Swedish court has ruled that a sperm donor does not qualify as a father since he did not have sexual intercourse with the mother, Reuter reports from Stockholm. A Swedish woman filed a suit in a court in Bollnas, seeking to oblige the Danish man, whom she identified, to supply a blood sample or some genetic identification. By proving paternity, the mother hoped to secure financial support for her three-year old son.
