BONN (Reuter) - Investigators are poised to arrest a ring of former East German agents known as 'Topaz' who have infiltrated Nato, the news magazine Spiegel reported yesterday. Topaz was initially believed to be only one agent, who supplied information to the Stasi secret police. Spiegal said Topaz agents handed over details of troops and weapons.
