A taped conversation between the alleged ringleader of a plot to bomb the United Nations and an informant is reported to show that Sudanese diplomats were among his accomplices, AP reports from New York. The tape has led to US officials putting Sudan on Washington's list of terrorist nations, the New York Times said yesterday.
