Swiss secret army claim denied

A FORMER Swiss military accountant yesterday withdrew his claim that he was ordered to set up a secret army. Dino Bellasi previously said he had been working on instructions from an intelligence service chief, Peter Regli, when he embezzled 8.6m Swiss francs (pounds 3.7m) from the defence ministry and built up a weapons arsenal.
