TEGUCIGALPA (Reuter) - Honduran tanks, troops and artillery returned to the streets of the capital yesterday - a move some say may be the result of a power struggle within the military or an attempt to intimidate military critics. A police spokesman said the soldiers had taken up positions in the capital to 'prevent criminal violence'.
