ROME (Reuter) - Italy, determined to crack down on tax evasion that is costing the state some 100 trillion lire (pounds 42bn) a year, singled out dentists as prime suspects - rather than politicians or accountants. A Finance Ministry statement said the first group under the fiscal spotlight would be dentists, dental technicians and property managers - a total of 52,015 declared taxpayers.
