Test case fails
An Australian soldier, Wesley Dingwall, who said he suffered nervous shock after witnessing British atomic tests in South Australia in 1957, lost his compensation case against the Australian government, Reuter reports from Sydney. The judge ruled that Mr Dingwall suffered no psychological harm.
