COPENHAGEN (AP) - Baroness Thatcher urged Danes to reject the Maastricht treaty a second time. The financial daily Borsen quoted the former British prime minister as saying that a second Danish rejection 'would be a support to my vision of Europe'. The second plebiscite is due to take place in the spring.
