Washington - President Bill Clinton, wearing a T-shirt with the film title In the Line of Fire on the back, varied his jogging route yesterday after the arrest of a Florida man, who has been accused of stalking the President's morning runs and threatening to kill him. The man was identified as Ronald Gene Barbour of Orlando. Reuter
