Jeff Gillooly, the former husband of the US skater Tonya Harding, has reportedly offered Ms Harding to investigators 'on a silver platter' in a plea-bargain deal, Reuter reports from Detroit. The Detroit Free Press said Mr Gillooly was trying to cut a deal with prosecutors in Oregon investigating the attack on a rival skater, Nancy Kerrigan.
