ROME (Reuter) - One passenger died and 48 were injured yesterday when an international train rammed another in an Alpine tunnel on the Swiss-Italian border. Both trains were packed with foreign holidaymakers, most of whom emerged unscathed because a power failure during a violent thunderstorm reduced the speed of one train before it ran into the back of a stationary express in the Simplon tunnel.
