Eighteen people, including six foreign tourists, were hurt when a bomb planted in a rubbish bin exploded in a Turkish resort, Reuter reports from Istanbul.

No group claimed responsibility, but the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) threatened to attack tourist sites. Seventeen people were detained.
