Uganda `threatening' Sudan

Sudanese President Omar el-Bashir said rebel forces were massing along the border with Uganda and urged the African nation to prevent attacks against his country.

In the past three weeks, Sudanese rebels have attacked from Eritrea and Ethiopia, taking more than 10 army posts and villages. Mr Bashir urged Uganda not to allow the rebels to open a third front. AP - Cairo
