A senior Ukrainian diplomat hinted that Kiev was prepared to yield to Russia the Sevastopol naval base to resolve the dispute over the Black Sea Fleet, Reuter reports from Kiev. He called for a quick settlement to prevent further conflicts between Russian and Ukrainian servicemen.
