A train carrying nuclear warheads from Ukraine arrived in Russia at the weekend as part of a trilateral deal with the US to scrap deadly arms on Ukrainian soil, Reuter reports from Moscow. Ukraine was left with about 1,600 warheads when the Soviet Union fell apart in 1991.
