NEW YORK - Sudanese rebels have hijacked a relief aid barge steaming on the White Nile to the southern city of Jonglei, and taken prisoner the 11 UN staff members on board. The barge was filled with food for people in areas controlled by the government and Sudanese People's Liberation Army.
