TUNIS - The US' chief Middle East peace co-ordinator, Dennis Ross, arrived in Tunis yesterday and began talks with the Palestine Liberation Organisation leader, Yasser Arafat, on reviving negotiations between the PLO and Israel, suspended over the Hebron massacre, Reuter reports.
