North Korea reacted angrily to a US-South Korean plan to deploy Patriot air-defence missiles in the South, while Seoul said Washington was seeking to send other advanced weapons, Reuter reports from Seoul. 'It is self-evident that the deployment of Patriot missiles in South Korea will key up the tensions on the Korean peninsula and increase the danger of war' when Washington and Pyongyang are discussing an end to their nuclear inspection row, North Korea's official Korean Central News Agency said.
