BOGOTA (Reuter) - The United States yesterday rejected a reported offer from the fugitive Colombian cocaine king Pablo Escobar to surrender if Washington extended protection to his family. 'Escobar's reported offer to surrender to authorities is a matter between himself and the government of Colombia,' the embassy said.
