PARIS - Virgin Stores has triumphed in its fight to trade on Sundays in Paris. The government published new regulations on Friday allowing Sunday trading in leisure goods in tourist areas. Virgin opened its Megastore on the Champs-Elysees on three Sundays last summer, then agreed to abide by the law, pending legal review. Reuter
