JERUSALEM (Reuter) - One Israeli was killed and at least five were injured when their van was blown off the road by an explosion in the occupied West Bank, a military spokeswoman said. It was not clear whether the victims were settlers. The explosion occurred after dark west of the Palestinian town of Ramallah.
