Elie Wiesel's publisher will appeal against the dismissal of a plagiarism suit against Jacques Attali, a former aide and close friend of President Mitterrand, AP reports from Paris. Mr Attali is accused of stealing 43 passages from exclusive interviews Wiesel conducted with Mr Mitterrand which appeared in his book Verbatim in 1993.
