The wife of Spain's fugitive former Civil Guard chief Luis Roldan was put under preventive arrest after being questioned by the judge investigating her husband for fraud, Reuter reports from Madrid. Blanca Rodriguez Porto, who has dual citizenship, sought refuge in Madrid's Chilean embassy on Monday after the judge summoned her to court to surrender her passport.
