Lima - Peru's deposed first lady, Susana Higuchi, filed court papers on Friday accusing her husband, President Alberto Fujimori, of 'psychological and moral violence'. Ms Higuchi's application to the Lima Superior Court accuses Mr Fujimori of barring her access to her children and to the couple's chambers at Government Palace, publicly attacking her character, welding shut her palace office doors, and stripping her of her duties for having a different opinion from him.
