Winnie's replacement sworn in

Cape Town - A human rights activist, Brigitte Mabandla, was sworn in as South Africa's deputy arts minister, replacing President Nelson Mandela's estranged wife Winnie whom he sacked on Monday from her post as deputy minister for the arts, culture, science and technology.
