Iran rescheduled some school examinations this year to avoid clashing with the World Cup football finals in the US, Reuter reports from Nicosia. High-school graduation examinations for boys would be taken before the World Cup kick-off on 17 June to avoid a 'drop in performance', said the Education Minister, Mohammad Ali Najafi.
