PARIS - France said yesterday that it has granted Vladimir Zhirinovsky, the Russian nationalist, a visa to attend the spring session of the European Parliament in Strasbourg. The visa was granted 'for the city of Strasbourg only and for the duration of the parliament's session,' the Foreign Ministry said. Mr Zhirinovsky is part of an 18-member Russian delegation. AP
