THE Royal Horticultural Society is holding its first flower show of the year next Tuesday (11am-7pm) and Wednesday (10am-5pm) at its hall in Vincent Square, London SW1. Nothing is more cheering than the scent of early dwarf narcissus that drifts over you as you walk through the door. There will be a competition for the best indoor plant and a display of botanical paintings.
